Centralized HelpDesk

 

Thanks to VNC technology it is possible centralize your Helpdesk environment with a solution completely integrated to IT Asset Tool.

Now, It's possible to connect from IT Asset Tool directly to our Hosts by clicking with the right mouse button and then selecting the item "VNC Connection".

 

 

To be able to do this you will need first to select which VNC software to use. At the moment IT Asset Tool offers integration with UltraVNC and TightVNC and we can select it from the "Miscellaneous" menu.

 

When you save the new setting, you're be required to open the page containing the license of the VNC Software. By continuing you accept the terms and conditions of the GNU General Public License.

 

 

On first use will be downloaded the VNC client and it will be usable from IT Asset Tool Manager.
